The Council Ridge HOA is controlled via a volunteer board of directors consisting of 3-7 homeowner representatives. As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners. If you need to contact one of us individually our email information can be found under the Board Members page or the Committees page.

Our neighborhood dues, fees, and pool fobs are maintained by our property management company, The Property Center. Misty is our liaison in their office and her contact information can be found on the Useful Contact Information page.

Keep in mind that the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are meant to protect the rights of each individual while maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum to ensure that a neighbor's property value and way of life are not adversely affected. The homeowners of Council Ridge have proven to be good neighbors, making our community one to enjoy living in.
